Refund policy

Returns are offered only in cases of shipping-related product damage or lab-related defect/misprint. You as the buyer will need to provide evidentiary images and descriptions of the problem[s] within 14 days of receiving your order via email to info@ambrotypevisuals.com, and AV will submit the information to the third party printer for review. You may be required to send the product to the third party for review at your own cost; if so, you will be informed. Other returns are generally not accepted.
